What is proofreading?

Proofreading will check your written work for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This process includes checking for regional English language variant differences, such as British or American spelling, as well as punctuation. During proofreading, you can check the margin, basic formatting, and font size also.
What is editing?
Editing entails a more thorough examination of the work. The process of editing involves analyzing the work in greater depth. Making changes to the writing in order to make it more consistent, comprehensible, and clear is what editing entails. The editor will notify you if any information is lacking or unclear, so you can review the text and make any necessary changes or improvements. The editor will often double-check the formatting as well. The editor may also make recommendations for improving the document’s structure
What is rewriting or paraphrasing?
The term “rewriting” refers to the process of expressing text in a different way without altering the message or meanings in the original writing. It makes the text look unique and more engaging it improves the effectiveness and appeal of your writing. It can improve the flow and make the text more clear and understandable. Rewriting is also useful if you require reducing the number of words in your document. However, it does not involve adding new content or attempting to expand it in any noticeable way.
Rewriting business drafting
Often the prepared business drafting may be loose and sketchy, lacking narration that holds the content logical. Or, it might be broad and general that all the close details that bring the content to life are missing. Or there are no transitions from one piece of content to another in the writing. Time and locations change without warning so when rereading even the writer gets lost. Dumb language or long, or twisted sentences or paragraphs that give the reader no place to rest. Also, repetition of words, dull or boring verbs, passive language, cliches, clumsy or wrong sentence, lack of clarity, lack of rhythm and logic. All this writing needs revision and rewriting
